Parish Council Elections

Saint George will be holding elections for Parish Council members on Sunday, December 15, 2019 between 12:00PM-3:00PM.

Nominations will be accepted in writing for other eligible parishioners who agree to be candidates for election to the Parish Council. A letter must be submitted, signed by two parishioners and presented to the Election Committee no later than midnight on December 5, 2019.

If you would like to vote, but are unable to attend on Election Day, you may vote via absentee ballot, as follows:

• Obtain an absentee ballot from the Church office from Monday, December 9^th– Friday, December 13^th between 9:00AM-3:00PM.
• Return your completed ballot to the Church Office in a sealed envelope no later than 12:00PM on Sunday, December 15^th.

As a reminder, in accordance with parish by-laws, voting parishioners must: 1) be a member in good standing of St. George for at least 6 months, 2) have paid at least 11/12^th of your 2019 Stewardship Pledge, and 3) have made a good-faith Stewardship Pledge for 2020.
