St. George Liability Waiver

As parent and guardian of my child, I hereby release and hold harmless the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George located at 7701 Bradley Blvd., Bethesda, MD 20817, and all its affiliates, agents, employees, directors and volunteers from any claims, injuries, liability, and causes of action in any way connected with any rides or other activities at the St. George Greek Festival. This waiver and release covers the full range of activities in which your child may participate.
