John Anthony Chenevey was called by the Lord to Himself on July 4 in the 55th year of his earthly life. Born to Joseph and Eileen Chenevey, he was the beloved husband of Marianne Jones Chenevey, and loving father of David, Alexia, and Timotheos. He was the dear brother of Michael (Beth), Mark (Regina), Joel (Diane), Eric (Amy), Paula, Margaret (Kurt) Ness, John and Peter, and is also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may pay their respects here at St. George on Monday, July 18, beginning at 10:00 AM. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place at All Souls Cemetery, Germantown, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in John’s name may be made to Feeding Americas Hungry Children (FeedingAHC.org) or Foster Care to Success, (FC2Sucess.org).
