Today is the Feast of St. Mary Magdalene, Holy Myrrhbearer and Equal to the Apostles. She was the first disciple to whom the salvific news of Christ’s Resurrection was announced. Ever faithful, she brought the good news of the Lord’s rising to the twelve Apostles. Please find attached below a brief biography of the holy one.
