The handmad of God, Joanne Olsen, was called by the Lord to Himself this week. She is survived by her beloved husband, Roger, and her son Nicholas, and other relatives. She was a faithful attendee at St. George and a dedicated participant in our Church’s Bible Study and other educational and parish activities. The Funeral Service will be held Monday, November 8, Feast of the Holy Archangels, at 11:00 AM here at St. George with burial following at All Souls Cemetery, 11401 Brink Road, Germantown MD 20876 Donations may be made in her honor to the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George.
May the soul of the handmaid of God, Joanne, rest in peace and rise in the glory of her RIsen Lord, and may her memory be eternal!
