Our brother, John Dionysious Kousandreas, was called by the Lord to Himself on October 27th in the 92nd year of his earthly life. He is survived by his beloved wife Katherine to whom he was married for 67 years. He was father to three children, Denis J. Koutsandreas, Dana (Koutsandreas) Hospodar and Zachary J. Koutsandreas. His grandchildren include Rebecca Diaz (Koutsandreas), Jessica Koutsandreas, Megan Koutsandreas, Allison Koutsandreas, Max Hospodar and Lex Hospodar.

Friends may offer the family their sympathies at the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George on Tuesday, November 10, at 9:00 AM with the Funeral Service being held at 10:00 AM.  Due to the current pandemic guidelins,, attendance will be limited.  Burial will take place at 1:30 PM at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Rd., Triangle, VA 22172.  Due to COVID-19 guidelines, the Makaria (Mercy Meal) celebrating his life will be scheduled next year.  In lieu of  flowers, memorial donations may be made either to the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George or to the Disabled American Veterans at https://www.dav.org
