We share with you the passing of Gregory John Mazanec, the son-in-law of George and Maria Koroupas, members of St. George.  He is survived by his wife Elaine Kouroupas Mazanec and son George Himes Mazanec of Washington, DC;  also survived by his parens Dr. Daniel and Mrs. Mazanec and his siblings Daniel [Daniella], Brian [Abby], Sarah Verga [Jared].  A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Gregory was a partner of the venture capital firm QED Investors in Virginia.  Prior to that he held a managerial position at Living Social. The Funeral Mass will be held for Gregory at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church in Arlington, VA, at 10:30 am, Wednesday, July 24.  A reception will follow at the Cosmos Club in Washington DC.
