Our brother, George Christos Elefantis, 93, fell asleep in the Lord at his home on November 29, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Roza (nee Liakos); sons Chris and Demetrios (Adrienne); sister Savoula Psilopoulos (Nikos); brother-in-law Christoforos Liakos (Nina); three nephews and a niece; and two grandchildren. A viewing and celebration of George’s life will be held on Monday, Dec. 3, from 6-8pm at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 East Deer Park, Gaithersburg, MD. Funeral service to be held at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 7701 Bradley Blvd, Bethesda, MD, on Tuesday, Dec. 4, at 11:30 am, with internment following at All Souls Cemetery in Germantown, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. George Greek Orthodox Church.
