| Our brother, Athanasios Hatziyannis fell asleep in the Lord on Tuesday, November 13, the Feast of St. John Chrysostom, in the 80th year of his earthly life. He was the beloved husband of Mary Hatziyannis; devoted father of Stacie, Dimitri (Michelle), Andrew, (Felicia) and the late George; cherished grandfather of Danielle, Christina, Athanasia, Alexander, Elizabeth, Jacqueline, Amelia and George. The family will receive friends at PUMPHREY’S BETHESDA-CHEVY CHASE FUNERAL HOME, 7557 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD on Sunday, November 18 from 4 to 7 p.m. (Trisagion at 6 p.m.) The Funeral Service will be here at St. George Greek Orthodox Church on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
